By using our sophisticated testing equipment we are able to pin point ramp heating cable faults within feet and determine whether it is feasible to repair the ramp heating cable.

Leaside Electric is the industry leader at consulting, designing, and installing new ramp heating systems in GTA. For over 30 years our team has been installing ramp heating systems throughout Southern Ontario.

Preventative maintenance can avoid sysem downtime and provide vast cost savings. If ground faults are left untreated they have the potential of turning into travelling arcs, which destroy the heating cable beyond repair.

After the faults have been located, our team exposes the segment of cable in the ramp. The damaged section is removed and a new section is spliced in, utilizing a unique joining method that we have perfected.
